My Art.

Thu Jul 3, 2008, 7:08 PM
Art is a creation, NOT a recreation. Art is defined by its title to be a physical manifestation of the artists' empirical understanding of an idealistic subject. Speaking in terms of divinity, an artist' objective is to be a sinner - id est: A sin is a moral fallacy in the appropriated scripture, an artist by creating creates a fallacy of form. You don't need to have a belief in a perfect architect to realize that man's strive to compose art is a sacrilegious one. Realism is the worst crime to commit upon the world of art, for you visually ADMIT your attempt of form recreation - REcreation...not CREATION. It is much easier to copy than to create. Any art that does not adopt a cosmic originality is a sketch...a study of physics or frame for the sheer purpose of what is to come. In this case, I have renounced myself from all forms of art that sacrifices creation for reflection, other than the purpose of study. My art is deliberately composed disheveled, imperfect, RAW, HUMAN, and in that sense celestial: My art is an oath to art itself that it shall NEVER stoop to the level of representational, impressionistic, or renaissance, nor shall it be abstracted to the excuse of simplicity. It shall always be an idealistic form - the representation of abstraction, without being abstract. The suggestion of form, without being blatantly straight.

Enemies or friends hanging on the fringes
Of the cogs in the system.
It's just about knowing where everyone stands.
All of a sudden,
People start talking about guns,
Talking like they're going to war
'Cause they found something to die for....

Positively brilliant poetry. Haha, I have a feeling we could get along quite well...we seem to have similar styles at times. Our poetry seems like it just fell out of our asses, and really, we could give a damn if anyone likes it or not because it's for us. It's cool and raw like that. Polished poetry is the real shit.

"The Spiral" is absolutely brilliant in eighty billion ways. I've only read 3-4 poems in my life that I truly envy and that's one of them. I love it.

Think before you step, but step before you fall, only fall for the ones you love, but love only those that think of you.
